This new event is held against the beautiful backdrop of the Vancouver Aquarium’s galleries, featuring mouthwatering, sustainable seafood dishes from these local chefs: Chef Ned Bell, Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise culinary team Chef Jonathan Chuy, La Mezcaleria Chef Clement Chan, Torafuku Fresh Ideas Start Here (F.I.S.H.) From Boat to Table: The Sustainable Seafood Supply Chain – Food Talks Vol. 14
Celebrating Ocean Wise Month, the Vancouver Aquarium and Food Talks are offering a line-up of speakers who will talk about the sustainable seafood supply chain. It is a great opportunity to learn about how sustainable seafood gets from the fisherman’s boat to dinner table. There will be a Q & A session for discussion and mingle.
