7th Annual ‘Farms To Forks’ Feast by Growing Chefs
Join the city's most talented chefs and mixologists, and the region's greatest growers and producers for the 7th annual 'Farms to Forks' feasting on delicious food, B.C. wine and beer, and cocktails. The Chef Soup Experiment
On January 20, presented by Dine Out Vancouver Festival more than 50 participating chefs will supply an ingredient to add to the soup collective. Over the next couple of hours, student chefs from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will chop, season, stir and cook the ingredients to perfection, then serve samples to the public.
