Spend an evening sampling the food and wines of the Italian region of Friuli.  Five wines from the region will be showcased and will be paired with products from the region. An explanation of the wine, the grapes, the region will be introduced as well as information regarding the regional food that is presented on the platter.  Traditional Furlan music as well as modern Italian pop will be played in between the courses.
