DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to YWiB Vancouver’s annual Winter Social!\n\nJoin YWiB Vancouver as we wrap up 2017 and celebrate another incredible year of events\, mentorship\, connection-making\, community-building\, and female empowerment.\nThis year\, we’re ringing in the holiday season with an exclusive chocolate tasting session at XOXOLAT! Young Women in Business members\, supporters\, followers\, and chocoholics alike are invited to learn about the art of chocolate and treat yourself to sweet chocolate-covered samples. Connect with fellow YWiB-ers by bonding over your sweet tooths\, your 2018 goals\, and much more.\n\n\n\nXOXOLAT Chocolate Tasting 101Did you know that cacao beans only grow within 20° of the equator? Or\, like fine grapes\, different beans from different plantations processed by different manufacturers have very different flavour profiles? Participants will learn the many facets of chocolate\, from the bean to the bar\, and taste samples of different beans\, origins\, manufacturers\, and percentages of cocoa. And … As we believe that chocolate goes with everything\, you will taste some of the our bestselling blended bars\, such as our Maple caramelized Bacon with Espresso\, Lavender\, Sea Salt & Triple Peppercorns\, Sour Cherry with Chili\, and a sumptuous shot of Drinking Chocolate.\nAGENDA:5:00 – 5:30 PM – Registration5:30 – 7:00 PM – Chocolate TastingAs this is a structured event\, please arrive prompty for the event start time.Limited space is available so please register today! \n\n\nThis year\, our community charity partner is The Street Store\, a rent-free\, premises-free\, free pop-up clothing store for the homeless\, to be hosted in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside on December 17th.
