Bordeaux style varietals flourish alongside our distinct Pinot Noir and Syrah vines. Our conviction is to grow grapes of world-class quality and produce wines that appeal to wine enthusiasts and professionals alike.     “Grow exceptional grapes\, and exceptional wines emerge”                                                                            – Charlie Baessler\, WinemakerThe name “Corcelettes” (KOR-sah-let) refers to our family farm in Switzerland\, once the breadbasket farm that fed the castle of Grandson\, not far from Lousanne. Today\, the team at Corcelettes strives to produce wines that express true varietal character and capture the magic of Similkameen terroir. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe BC Cancer Foundation is the bridge that connects philanthropic support and research breakthroughs in cancer. As the fundraising partner of the BC Cancer Agency\, and the largest charitable funder of cancer research in this province\, they enable donors to make contributions to leading-edge research that has a direct impact on improvements to cancer care for patients in B.C. \nYour gift is appreciated and will make a huge difference.  To make a donation directly to the BC Cancer Foundation\, click this link http://donate.bccancerfoundation.com/goto/dinnersforbarbaraann\nFor updates and a behind-the-scenes look at this event\, please check out @prunereats on Instagram.  \n
