DESCRIPTION:On  Saturday August 26\, 2017\, join the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia and the BC Salmon Marketing Council for a celebration of an iconic BC product: \n                                                  WILD SALMON\nDishes featuring BC wild salmon will be prepared through the collaboration of well-known Canadian chefs who all share a love for the ocean.  They will be paired with local chefs who share the same passion. \nOur collaborating chefs include: \nRyan Bissell\, North Arm Farm (Pemberton) and Erin Vickars\, Outer Shores Expeditions \nDerek Dammann\, Maison Publique (Montreal\, QC) with Lee Cooper\, L’Abattoir (Vancouver) \nCharlotte Langley\, Scout Canning (Toronto\, ON) with Restaurant (To Be Confirmed) \nNathan Middleton\, The Home of the Brave (Toronto\, ON) with Jesse McMillan\, Campagnolo Roma (Vancouver) \nTyler Shedden\, The Chase Hospitality Group (Toronto\, ON) with Robert Clark\, The Fish Counter (Vancouver) \nPeter Zambri\, Zambri’s (Victoria\, BC) with Lucais Syme\, Cinara (Vancouver) \nGrazing through the food stations and savouring some BC Salmon Safe wines\, from Culmina Family Estate Winery\, Covert Farms Family Estate\, Haywire Winery at Okanagan Crush Pad and Sage Hills Estate Winery\, you will be participating in the only outdoor high-end event celebrating BC wild salmon. \nOur band for the night is Don Hardy Blues’ Quartet. \nThank you to our sponsors A&B Party Time Rentals\, and Light Knights. \n\n  \nFAQs \nAre there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? \nThis is a 19+ event.  Proof of ID might be requested upon entering the event\, so please make sure you have 2 pieces of ID\, one of which with a picture. \nWhat are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? \nPublic transportation will get you all the way to the event.  Check Translink to figure out the best route for you. \nAre dogs allowed at the event?\n \nAlthough we love our 4-legged friends\, dogs will not be allowed into the event site\, unless they are official guide dogs. \nHow can I contact the organizer with any questions? \nIf you have any questions\, please email info@chefstablesociety.com \nWhat’s the refund policy? \nAll tickets are non-refundable. \nDo I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? \nNo you do not need to bring your printed ticket.  We encourage you to have your ticket ready on your electronic device for us to scan. \nIs my registration fee or ticket transferrable? \nYou can give your ticket to anyone you chose to. \nIs it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends? \nThe name on the ticket and the person who attends do not have to match. \n
