DESCRIPTION:\nThis class is couples only\, you will need to book in pair. However\, feel free to come with your girlfriend\, dad\, whoever! $85 per person\, $170 per couple.\n\n\nLearn how to cook a romantic dinner or just come to have fun with other couples while savoring delicious French food!\nThe menu demonstrated and served:\nOnion Soup: Slow caramelized onions in a rich beef broth\, covered with a slice of bread and crusted swiss cheese. A French classic!\nAumoniere de Saumon: Salmon wrapped in purse shape phyllo dough. Melt in your mouth salmon inside and crispy outside. Served with a “beurre blanc” traditional white wine sauce\nCrème brûlée: no description needed! Indulge in this sexy\, creamy and crackling caramel top dessert for finish!\nYou will be served a savory snack upon arrival\, and get to eat everything that is made during the class\, in the restaurant room\, while enjoying a glass of wine!  A candle light setting will await for the occasion\, and each guest will be served one glass of wine\, sparkling or white (paired with the food prepared). Additional wine available for purchase during the class.\n\n\n REGISTER:\nContact me for alternative method of payment. I can accept online payment with credit card\, Paypal\, e-Transfer\, or cash payment at the Uncommon Cafe.\n FAQ:\nPlease register 24 hrs prior to event\, minimum participants required for event to be held. All deposit refunded in case of cancellation.\nStrict 72 hrs refund policy. No refund or credit will be issue 72 hrs prior the start of the class (including last minute booking). Possibility to send someone in your place can be arranged.\nMost events are demonstration style.
