He is the former head chef of the Ritz Carlton in Shanghai.\nElaine is the founder of Food Connections. She holds a Master Degree in Food Culture & Communications from Italy\, and spent a period of time teaching cooking to vulnerable communities in London\, UK\, with the Food Academy\, former Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food Foundation. She developed a food curriculum for cooking and nutrition in schools\, and has been teaching since 2005. Elaine specializes in menu design\, recipe development\, and is a food consultant and educator for Food Connections. \n
