The Popular Sunday Paella Series at Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is returning and serving the rustic flavours of Spain's national dish. Throughout March and April, Chef Alex Chen and his team are presenting a three-course menu featuring Paella as the centrepiece of each communal, family-style feast.
