DESCRIPTION:Channeling the esoteric bounties of quintessential Mediterranean port cities—from Valencia to Istanbul\, to Tangier—SoulKitchen! is a one-night pop-up food phenomenon that aims to manifest the joyful spirit of the Mediterranean in all things food. \nDrawing inspiration from the gastronomical interplay between select regions in the Mediterranean\, SoulKitchen! features a tantalizing menu focused on seasonality and the sourcing of local\, premium-grade produce designed to amuse and satisfy pescatarians and plant aficionados alike. \nOrganized by the Curatorialist. and helmed by Chef Deniz Tarakcioglu [Café Medina] alongside the very professionals running Vancouver’s top kitchens and bars\, [Chambar\, The Dirty Apron\, Bao Bei] this intimate evening promises to constitute an ode to the spirit of the Mediterranean. So come inquisitive\, and come hungry. \nAdditional Information & Disclaimers:\n\nTicketholders must present their tickets upon entry.\nTicketholders must be legal drinking age in British Columbia. No minors permitted. \nWe cannot promise tickets at the door and strongly advise advance purchasing of tickets online.\nDinner will be served family-style. Ample seating available for those who prefer to dine seated. \nFood will be served between 7:30 – 9:30 PM and dessert\, 9:30 PM onwards.\nThe price of the ticket includes a complimentary glass of wine or a pint of local craft beer. \nExtra drink tickets for wine\, beer and our signature cocktails [and mocktails] availabe for purchase at venue.
