DESCRIPTION:\nCome join us for a delicious evening in the style of Nasi Padang\, a traditional way to eat in Indonesia and Singapore\, serving multiple exotic dishes with steamed rice. The event will be hidang “family style” and if you’re feeling adventurous we encourage you to eat with your hands on banana leaf – the traditional way! You can also bring your own cutlery if you are feeling otherwise.\n\n\n\n \n\n\nSome traditional and non-traditional Nasi Padang dishes will be served\, such as Rotisserie Chicken Gulai\, Fried Turmeric Chicken\, Beef Rendang\, Squid cooked with lemongrass\, galangal and its own ink\, Jackfruit Curry\, Rempeyek (assorted fritters) and an array of house-made sambals with shrimp paste and green chili relish.\n\n\n\n \n\n\nThe event will also feature a selection of Steel & Oak beers. \n\n\n \n\n\n\nDon’t miss out on this unique and tasty event featuring New West’s very own Longtail Kitchen\, Freebird Chicken Shack and Steel & Oak Brewery.
