Mangia Vancouver! This hour long event is part of a series of events celebrating Italian Heritage Month (June). This month, we have invited a number of chefs who are not Italian by birth or heritage to celebrate the cuisine we all love.

Join us for an afternoon of pasta making! Peter Ciuffa is in our shop today to teach a classic homestyle fettuccine – the one his Mother taught him, with a few special tricks from his experience cooking in restaurants.
