The Main Street location offers a larger kitchen space allowing their chefs more room to play and interact. Their new eatery lies at the heart between casual and fine dining. Allowing guests a fun and comfortable environment with unexpected\, innovative flavours. The menu is brimming with unique options\, artfully presented and thoroughly thought through. \nTo celebrate their grand opening\, Yugo Restaurant will be offering their guests a free appetizer or dessert running through the month of April 2018. \n“Each time when I cook in the kitchen when I make something new\, I never think too much. I just try to 100% focus and put my heart into it. I believe all the people who try my food will feel my heart\,” explains Jin. Taking great care with his ingredients\, much of the fish\, vegetables\, rice\, and sake options are imported directly from Japan. Allowing locals to experience fresh wasabi leaf and small sea urchin only found in Japan’s ocean waters. Also incorporating local ingredients\, ‘Yugo’ translates to combining good things together.
