SUMMARY:The Chef Soup Experiment
DESCRIPTION:On January 20\, presented by Dine Out Vancouver Festival more than 50 participating chefs will supply an ingredient to add to the soup collective. Over the next couple of hours\, student chefs from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will chop\, season\, stir and cook the ingredients to perfection\, then serve samples to the public. \nSoup is provided by donation\, with 100% of proceeds going to help kids access nutritious food and lifelong knowledge about how to eat well and be healthy through United Way’s Stop the Growl initiative. \nJoin the United Way crew at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts from 12:30pm onward to snag your own portion of this once-in-a-year brew!
