DESCRIPTION:13th annual ChefmeetsBCGrape is featuring the largest Grand Tasting of BC VQA Wines and a celebration of the best culinary talent in the Calgary\, Victoria and Vancouver food scenes. \nAward-winning chefs and BC winemakers will come together to bring a taste of BC Wine Country to each city. More than 85 BC wineries will pour over 350 award-winning Wines of British Columbia at Vancouver’s walk-around tasting featuring “pop-ups” of the city’s hottest restaurants and chefs serving their signature dishes in small plate portions. \nGuests will sip and taste their way through the room\, enjoying dishes created by chefs as a “perfect pairing” with a specifically chosen BC VQA wine\, all while interacting with chefs and winemakers. \nA panel of culinary and media judges along with guests will vote on their favourite dish and pairing to determine the winner of the ChefmeetsBCGrape Challenge.
