Origins of Wine: The Golden Mile Bench comes to Science World, featuring a talk on the science behind the Okanagan Valley’s sub-Designated Viticultural Are and tastings from nine Golden Mile Bench wineries (Oliver, BC) This talk will feature Kurtis Kolt, a Vancouver-based wine consultant and a panel of BC principal winemakers.
