Chefs at CAVU Kitchen Bar, Harold's Bistro and American Grille are throwing a Block BBQ Rib Cook-off on July 8th from 12 - 3 pm. It's $10 for a quarter rack of ribs and 100% of the funds raised will go to The Richmond Hospital Foundation. Each team will prepare their ribs for judging and the public will be to vote for their favourite. There will also be craft beer samples from various local breweries available for purchase and a DJ will be on-site throughout the event.
