RibFest 2016 and BBQ Cook-Off @ Mamie Taylor’s
Started as a humble holiday BBQ cook-off in 2009, the annual BBQ competition has brought BBQ masters together all over the city. This year the host is Tobias Grignon of Mamie Talyor’s, with the competitors from the following restaurants: Juniper Dixie’s BBQ Peckinpah Re-Up BBQ. Mamie’s Low Country Pig Roast
Nothing beats some good ol' fashioned comfort food in the dead of winter. Mamie's Low Country Pig Roast is a Southern-inspired, three-course long-table dinner. Start off with a custom welcome cocktail and a family-style spread of warm country biscuits; pimento cheese with chili crackers; devilled eggs with country ham and parsley mayo; and house-made pickles and relishes.
