Chef’s Table special edition – Guest Chef Andrea Aldridge
Join VCC alumna Andrea Aldridge for an evening of spectacular fare. Andrea is currently at Cincin, a longtime eatery offering upscale Italian dishes, handmade pastas & choice wines. Enjoy a five-course, fixed menu with optional wine pairings. The Chef’s Table Guest Chef Series was initiated in November 2017 to showcase VCC alumni, our culinary arts and hospitality programs, and to raise funds for future equipment needs and student bursaries and scholarships. Chef’s Table special edition – Guest Jefferson Bueno
Join us on October 10 for a special edition of Vancouver Community College's popular Chef's Table pop-up restaurant. VCC alumnus Jefferson Bueno will be creating an evening of deliciousness. You might recognize Jefferson as the culinary face of VCC's "Make Your Mark" campaign or from the video, The Master & the Prodigy that featured Jefferson and his instructor, Chef Ysabel Sukic.Jefferson currently resides in Victoria, B.C. working as a chef catering for over 200 people at one of the province's largest childcare centres.…
