Sprouts and Greens Indian Food Cooking Class

$75.00A highly alkaline diet menu ideally suitable for the spring weather! Sprouting increases the nutrition content of the lentil or beans being sprouted and adds “Prana” or life force to your food. Learn ways of sprouting at home and also how to incorporate them in your meals.
On the menu:
Sprouted seeds and greens salad : Sprouted seeds and fresh greens alongs with other fresh produce combined to make a colourful salad flavored with a tangy spicy chaat masala and lime dressing.
Sprouted bengal gram and potato tikki: A vegetable patty made with sprouted lentils, mashed potatoes nuts flavored with ginger and garlic combined with freshly ground spices served with a green herbs chutney.
Misal and Pao: This Mumbai based street food dish is made of a sprouts curry served topped with fresh tomatoes, onions cilantro and fried sev served and limes served with buttered paav(dinner rolls)
Mint and cilantro lassi: A flavorful digestive savory lassi made with mint and cilantro yogurt tempered with mustard seeds seeds and curry leaves to end our meal.
